What is Tocka?
The new Cultural center Tocka
opened on 06 Novembre 2006
Tocka is
located in Skopje, on Kliment Ohridski 15
street.
Unlike before, there is a part in the Cultural Centre Tocka
functioning as a cafe, where on some tables the smoking is also
allowed. We have cakes and huge choice of different teas! You can
read daily and weekly newspaper! In the bookstore we have over 1000
titles already…
Cultural center Tocka opened on 29
May 2002 for the first time.

Tocka?
Tocka should become a
mirror image that would reject the cultural autism of the privileged
"national" centers
Confluent Margins
and Tocka
Tocka also meant finally a shelter for
the nomadic half-real half-visible spirit called Margina.
