Teodor
studied philosophy and comparative literature at the Philosophical
Faculty in Zagreb.
He initiated numerous projects dealing with social and cultural
aspects of new technologies and new media, including NGOs: Labinary,
radio.active and Multimedia Institute.
Currently he’s project director at the Multimedia Institute, for
which he organized numerous events in critical net culture. Lately
he has been active in initiating and participating in policy
projects dealing, in particular issues of non-institutional culture
and civil society.
Teodor worked for the National Youth Program, conceived the
nation-wide program exchange platform for non-institutional culture
(Clubture), and started a policy intiative for development of
non-institutional culture (Policy_Forum).
He is board member of the National Foundation for Development of
Civil Society and a fellow of the International Policy Program at
the CEU.
