Change of the
athmosphere
One
of the main strategic aims should be the change of the athmosphere
of the living in the region. We concider that all other hot
issues are connected and melt into this uestion; from the
anticorruption initiatives, the interethnic relations, the problem
of unemployment - for all those key regional problems the imperative
is the change in the people themselves, the social values, the
relation among us.
Of course, the weaknesses of this strategic aim is it's
ambitiousness, it's width and the impossibility for exact estimation
of the (un)successfulness for realization of the so modeled
political aim.
Although, we think that it is just the attempt of the people to
move, to change something in their life, to start to accept another
values - is a social and state priority. The people in the region
are in apathy, distrust and cynism. The social life rolls in small
and isolated circles, political, economical, media, cultural... What
misses is some kind of initiating energy, integrative principles,
hope for the future... Although many think that the athmosphere
could be changed only through work on the social field - the
situation is far more complicated and requires far broader aproach:
the work on changing the society should happen on all levels, and
among the most important are the interethnic, the educational, the
cultural, the media...
(The landing on the ground of some of the far gone cultural elittes
is also one of the important political priorities, which is actually
connected with our strategic aim: the change of the athmosphere of
living in Republic of Macedonia. What is neccessary is a realistic
estimation of the loosers and those who put obstacles not only in
the economy and politics but even wider, in the education, the
culture, media...)
