Overcoming the first, "idealistic", phase of our work, we established the NGO Kontrapunkt, which, of course, would develop its actions wider than the project Disseminated/Confluent Margins, but in essential link with its ideas, goals, and intentions. Within Disseminated/Confluent Margins the most of our energy in the first half of 2002 was spent on the formal institutionalization of the project; at the end of year 2001 we established the Association of citizens Kontrapunkt, and in the beginning of 2002 we hired an old house in Skopje and we turned it into a small cultural center, named Tocka, with library-bookstore, room for debates and a gallery for exhibitions and projections. The offices of Templum and Kontrapunkt, bearers of the project Confluent Margins, are also placed in Tocka.

Kontrapunkt and Tocka collective

Currently, five persons work full time for the organization. Additional staff is hired for specific tasks when needed. Kontrapunkt can also count on more than 25 volunteers that occasionally support activities.
