Promotion of the first issue of the first macedonian haiku magazine
"Mravka"

На
20 октомври, во Културниот центар Точка
се промовираше првото
македонско хаику списание Мравка
со десет македонски автори -
Петко Дабески, Христо Петрески,
Александар Прокопиев, Влада
Урошевиќ, Роберт Алаѓозовски,
Димитар Аргакиев, Златко
Поповски-Игнатиев, Никола
Маџиров, Виктор Шиков и Владимир

In the first
issue with seven haikus ten Macedonian authors with their haiku were
published - Petko Dabeski, Hristo Petreski, Aleksandar Prokopiev,
Vlada Uroshevic, Robert Alagjozovski, Dimitar Argakiev, Zlatko
Popovski-Ignatiev, Nikola Madzirov, Viktor Shikov i Vladimir
Martinovski. Viktor Shikov and Vladimir Martinovski are also
presented with essayas. In the column "CIP-haiku" a text by Goce
Smilevski is included, and short surveys are made for the
developement of haiku before the appearance of the classic Basho and
for what is actual on the international scene. Thomas Transtrommer,
the winner of the Golden Wrath of Struga Poetry evening 2003, is
presented with twenty haiku.
This magazine
is edited by Nikola Madzirov (editor-in-chief), Vladimir
Martinovski, Viktor Shikov and Aleksandar Prokopiev. Makedonka
Bozinovska is translator and the graphic design is done by Marjan
Dzin. The magazine is based in Strumica.
