The promotion took place in
Tocka on 28.03.2003. The promotion was opened by the autor
Milena Dragicevic-sesic (who is one of the top european
experts from cultural policy, and is rector of the Belgrade
University of Art) and Sanjin Dragoevic, who is advisor for
cultural policy to many european bodies for many years. |
This book is
a precious document in the filed that is not yet well known in
Macedonia and is reference for any future creation of a operational
strategy for culture in Macedonia. The book responds to the main
question concerning the definition of culture in general, as well as
the delicate aspects of management: How to act efficient in the very
complex world of culture? How to interconnect the artists, the
cultural institutions and their and their audience? How to do all
that not only in the frames of one state, but also in the europian
and the world context in general?
Culture,
animation, management, marketing is a guide through the cultural
institutions, their complex systems, technology and methods of work,
but also insight in their mutual cooperation.
