The director Sofija Todorova Teodor is a postgraduate student of the Academy of Sanct Petersburg on the department of TV and Film directing. The tandem Sofija Todorova Teodor and Petar Stojkovic is well-known from their first project, the mono-drama MILI TATKO by Franc Kafka, staged the previous season on the little stage of the Macedonian National Theatre. The text Anastasia is the first play by Sofija Todorova Teodor. In the text she tries to speak about the many socially repressed fears, taboos, including the question the sex and gender sensitivity. The play treats the of the male-female relation put in the being and the confrontation with it.
