Ohrid's Workshop on
"Partnership and creating team"
|
In
the period between 26-th and 28-th September, in Ohrid, we organized
the important Workshop on "partnership and creating team"
|
This workshop had the priority for the project,
for the partners and the publications "Towns in
Macedonia", publications that are the key for fulfilment of the
aims for active participation of the partners and colaboraters
throughout the country.

The workshop had two aims:
- to provide trainning for the basic concepts about the partnership,
creation of the team and to make a space the members of Kontrapunkt
and the local partners to mutually perform the joint activities
connected with the project.
- to provide trainning for the practical skills of editing and
publishing a magazine, and to provide the members of Kontrapunkt and
the local partners to create a vision in the further development of
the activities devoted on every single day (it's transformation into
(local monthly or weekly magazine).
The
workshop was guided by three trainners: Ivan Dodovski, expert for
team work trainning, Marijana Ivanova and Viktor Shikov, experts for
journalistic skills and genres that should be applied in creating a
clearer picture of the cultural, social and the political landscape
of the country. Besides the team from Kontrapunkt (Iskra Geshoska,
Nikola Gelevski, Robert Alagjozovski, Elena Veljanovska, Bojan
Ivanovic and Vladimir Jankovski) there were 23 other participants
from Ohrid, Struga, Tetovo, Gostivar, Bitola, Negotino and Veles.
According to the level of inclusion and the end results from the two
days workshop we concidered that we made very important linking of
the individuals and the NGO from eastern and western Macedonia and
clarifying of the motives for cooperation. All the dillemas were
solved and the obligations were precised in details. The teams from
the towns mentioned aboves and several others are to make
publications about their own local community, especially providing
analysis of the conditions, the people and the events that would
provide a special, critical racourse of the existing values and to
offer a model for further functioning. What is most important and
which we offer to the seminar attendees is the pleasure and the
responsibility for one serious mini project and also the awakening
of their own initiativeness suggesting that they have the chance to
manage the further destiny of the magazine, for which we would now
provide a financial and every other support. This peculiar
engagement that provides vision about the future steps, built trust
among our partners in our aims and intentions. It is also important
to mention that after long discussion among the partners we agreed
that the special publications on the towns should not come out of
print as a supplement of Margina, but to appear independently, thus
aquiring much attention. But the Kontrapunkt will keep the further
responsability for the distribution and the promotions of the
publications.
